Sorry gentlemen (and gencoupe ladies), I havent been very responsive on here lately. This has been one of the most taxing college semesters I have had, and probably the busiest 6 months for us since Ive been working at this dealer. I will try to get back to everyone ASAP

comes as a whole piece, the stainless insert and plastic are one.
If the stainless piece gets damaged you can buy just those as well.

remove old ones, install these ones.
They're OE as well, the 3.8 gets them stock.

just pry the old ones up from the back towards the front, install is reverse of removal.
