I have been waiting for my emblem for 34 days now.. Anyone else have bad service from them? They also have not gotten back to me in 4 days when I e-mailed them.

its not bad service the emblems are not in stock. I read this info from another thread.

Ahh I see, well no biggie if they aren't in stock. A e-mail saying they aren't would have been sufficient.

Nothing unusual, as you might have found out by reading some threads in the Vendor Feedback forum. Call it understaffed or poor communication skills, regardless you will have to be patient after purchase.

They've been out of stock since March, and there's been an "OUT OF STOCK" label right at the top of the product listing in all-caps and bold letters. Please make note of the posted info so there aren't any future misunderstandings.

Perhaps disabling the add to cart link would be more effective.

Exactly. If people want to pre-order, they are free to do so--and there are a LOT of people who have done so.

As Mike said and it noted that the Emblems are Out of Stock and ETA is Late June, which is on sched. Also try to pm or email me or Nikko, all those parts on the website Mike answers to, and that is his personal email your emailing.

How Mike is always on the ball as far as PM'ing and replying to the thread and saying "PM'd" is beyond me.

If a product is out of stock there shouldn't be an add to cart option but instead a pre order button in its place. That way people that don't read the notes can be more cautious of their purchases.

This is how the company i order my product for my business runs it. If its out of stock you don't add it to a cart but a preorder cart and when its in stock you should receive a call about it and then process the transaction if the customer is still interested.
