The wheels I posted above with a +40 offset cleared everything WITHOUT spacers. Closest contact point was the front strut but it cleared and there's no rubbing. Super happy with the results. Posted pics in the 'what did you do to your ride' thread.

Hey guys im new on this and i'm still a bit lost. Before reading the post was thinking on something like this:

Front: 18x8.75 +36 (I already ordered this ones)

Rear: 18x9.75 +36

But after reading i only got confused with the offset will it be too much? And this one?

Front: 18x8.75 +22
Rear: 18x8.75 +36

Also i was thinking the tires

Front: 225/45/18
Rear: 275/40/18

Will they fit? I would like to know your opinion guys and anticipated thanks for your help

Whats up guys I've had a Gen Coupe for a while and multiple set ups but I'm finally stumped and posting on the forums. I've had my 2013 2.0t for a little over a year now, was on WCI LP1's last summer and recently sold them. My setup was 20x9 +18F and 20x10.5+22R 235/35/20 255/35/20 on BC Coils and they fit perfectly fine, with a slight rub, but perfectly fine. Now that they're gone, I have an old set of AG M590's laying around that I'm going to put on. The set up for them is 19x8.5+20F 19x9.5+18R. Now to get to the point, I want these to be at least flush and I know they won't be at this set up (they were originally for my 2011 3.8 and the first wheels I bought). What size spacer do I run with these? I am planning on running 225/35/19 245/35/19, yes I know the tires will be stretched. Literally I have gone through 75% of this thread and NO ONE seems to run this set up?

Just put them on, Look at it, jack it up, hand spin the wheels to make sure they don't scrape your calipers, and then drive it to make sure it ain't rubbing. Then figure out if it's flush enough for you. If any of the above applies, you either roll the fenders or put the stock ones back on until you figure it out.. You can always fit any type of wheel, bro. There's too many forums that explain and so many methods to get the look you want. Check out stanceworks.com if you haven't already. Hell even check out some of the honda forums since that's where a lot of this **** comes from.

My suggestion would be to look around and view peoples setups that you like and apply the same specs to your decision making before actually buying wheels. It's a hell of a lot easier.

19x8.5+25 and 19x9.5+25 would be perfectly flush and could run full size tires with no issue, your setup will be fine even with the slightly lower offsets, obviously depending on how low you go and with how much camber. The only thing you may need is hub rings.

Yeah I actually did a test fit with them yesterday and they seemed to be an ok fitment, obviously with tires it will be different but if I need spacers to be flush I'll get them. Probably 5mm in front and maybe 10mm in the rear.

You won't need spacers, reducing the offset more than they already are will cause them to poke.
