Default Bleeding brakes

So im in the process of changing my brake lines for stainless steel... and at the same time putting motul rbf600 oil...

now its not the first time i bleed brakes
but its the first car I have with ABS

i just wanted to know if there is anything special i need to know or do the brakes bleed the same way as non-abs cars ?

nothing special required.

not sure what exact Hyundai procedure calls for...when I did it I just started with furthest caliper from master cylinder and worked my way back.

isnt it rear right, rear left, front right, front left ? as to start farthest from the master cyl and work your way closer to it ?

u gotta go in a crisscross to bleed the brake system, stating from the rear right. (rear right is on the passenger side)

Here is some good brake bleeding info I found a wihle back.
Brake System Bleeding

Steps for bleeding GenCoupe brakes or any production based vehicle with single master cylinder
retrieved from MBS & here's the link: Brake System Bleeding

Supplies needed:
- 2 people
- Supply of high quality brake fluid from an unopened container
- Bleed bottle (I used suction from flush machine)
- 10mm hex box end or line wrench for bleed screws on calipers (2 per caliper)

With the car on jack stands and a person sitting in the driver seat:
(There are enough threads on jacking & supporting a car with jack stands etc..)
- Place the wrench over the bleed screw on the caliper furthest from the driver
- Place the bleed hose attached to the bleed bottle over the bleed nipple with the wrench. If the caliper has two bleed screws, start at the inboard bleeder first (ours do)
- Open the bleeder
- With the bleed screw open, have the "driver" slowly depress the brake pedal to the floor. With the driver holding the pedal down, gently close the bleed screw.With the bleeder closed, the driver can release the brake pedal
- Repeat this process until the fluid coming from the caliper is clear and free of air bubbles
- For calipers with 2 bleeders, repeat this process for the outboard bleeder
- Monitor the fluid level in the reservoir and refill as necessary during the process
- When finished torque bleeders to factory recommended settings

Repeat these steps for each caliper, working towards the caliper closest to the driver. At times it is helpful to tap the caliper body with a soft mallet to release any small air bubbles trapped inside the caliper. At this point, the brake pedal should be checked for firmness and consistency. If the fluid is free of air bubbles and the pedal is still soft or spongy, there may be further issues that need to be addressed with the brake system. When finished, fill the fluid reservoir to the "full" line, but not over

so all said and done, ive been driving on the new lines and fluid for two weeks now
i did rear passenger
rear driver
front passenger
front driver
i repeated the cycle two times to make sure no more air bubbles were there

works like a charm !

and tonight i just installed my hawk hp+ pads in the front..... DAMN this thing brakes !!!!

I suppose the engine should be running, otherwise the brake would eventually lock up?
