Like jay said, balancing wwont change aan out of round tire. That happens sometimes and the fix is replacing the tires. Should be able to swap out with a warranty where ever you bought them.

So I was at Cambridge Hyundai today and turns out they have a hunter road force balancer. They had a good long look, and it turns out that my left rear rim is bent. 57 lbs of road force whereas the maximum is 22 lbs I believe. The vibration from the rear is probably throwing out my fronts at highway speed. They made some adjustments to the fronts and the vibration is now less noticeable. The tires all passed the road force tests. It's a good thing I didn't buy new tires . . . time to go order a 19x9.5 TSW Croft.

So I had my new rim installed today. $460 later (new rim plus hunter road force balance) and my vibration issue is now finally gone!

Lesson learned: Hunter road force balancing is expensive but worth it.
