Neither if you have a manual gen coupe I would go with Prw hands down! It's quite frankly the best two hundred bucks you can spend on your car. I'm running a Prw Stage 1 tune now with over 50k miles and not one problem what so ever. I highly recommend this tune!

First of avoid Sfr like the plague unless you want trouble. Jay offers horrible customer service, never picks up the phone etc, etc if you don't believe me do your research on this forum. So if you have a problem your sol! I recommend Prw way cheaper and better then Sfr and more reliable hands down!
