2010 2.0t charge pipe

I have an AEM fmic and the end of my hot side charge pipe crinkled up as I tightened it too tight lol. I went to the aem website to order a new charge pipe and they only have ones for manuals and told me they dont recommend putting any intercoolers or parts on an auto and it won't be warranted. I was looking at the pictures and it seems the one they have listed is also smaller than the one I have as well. I can add pictures as well but just curious is there any difference between the manual intercoolers? I just need a charge pipe replacement

There isnt a difference at all between the ic piping for a manual or automatic gen coupe. The tech you spoke to "if you can call him a tech" doesn't know what the hell there talking about.

You should have questioned his theory and asked him why you don't recommend putting an intercooler or any parts on a automatic car to see what this genius has to say.

I got rid of all my T bolt clamps as they will do what you saw and crush the pipe.
