Need help with tuning on east coast

hey everyone,

I have a 13' 2.0T r-spec. i got a new cam, full bolt ons, meth kit, arp head studs and gasket, evo timing chain and new guides. thinking about a turbo but this ecu issue is driving me up the wall. I got a haltech but not so sure if i want to run it bc of all the issues with the ac and the stock turbo and the difficulty ive heard about tuning them. found solutions but dont know how reliable they will be. I will be driving this car on a daily basis( 60 miles a day) and need it to be a reliable means of transportation. long story short i didnt want to build this car anymore than what is was when i bought it. had a stage 2 Btr kit on it but had it for 24 hrs and blew it up. first modded car ive ever had and got a little too happy with the right foot. just wanted to know if anyone near ATL/charlotte area knew anyone that is familiar with tuning the stock ecu and just general thoughts on stock ecu vs haltech.
