a/c troubleshooting

Need some help with troubleshooting my a/c problem. So when I turn my a/c on nothing happens the only thing that works is the fan under the hood kicks on. Previous owner changed the blower motor and it still doesn't turn on. Could it be relays or something?

This actually sounds similar to my situation... without the blower motor being replaced.. however im still in the process of trying to figure out what the cause is.. just bought some gauges so hopefully this weekend I learn something.

I had this issue at one point, it was loose contacts on the main engine bay fuse box (driver's). Wiggle some wires while the car is keyed on and see if the blower kicks on, IIRC it was the blower motor relay contacts.
