New rotors and pads help!

Pretty new to the whole car scene. But pretty sure I need new pads and rotors are kind of rusty from sitting before purchase. Just looking to buy new ones but idk where to go. I dont have tons of money but I also dont want $30 rotors lol. Dont want to spend more than 500 on all 4 with pads. Also track edition with brembo brakes so pads would have to fit them. Idk how that works but would appreciate the knowledge

Rusty rotors are no problem usually. They all rust up if left sitting. The OE rotors are quite good and long lasting.

I recommenced EBC Yellow stuffs for good long lasting pads on the Brembos.

Almost 90k miles. Dont know what the previous owners did to it. I kinda feel a slight wobble and crank sound (although I know very little as to what it actually is) under 5mph, definitely in the rear. Was just gonna take precautions and do both

Is the hand brake down all the way?

If I had your issue, I would take the rear rotors off to check.
The "hat" of the rear rotors are used as drum brakes for the hand brake only.
