Question Help!! Car wont start.

Okay so...car is a bk2 auto and has intake, bov, turboback exhaust. After deleting the cats and having to get transmission replaced car runs fine on stock tune. Now car wont start on sfr tune (worked fine before deleting cats) and car is throwing P2564 and p2562 codes. Could it be the wastegate?

Did you do the keydance routine? The throttle position sensor needs to calibrate itself.

I'm.not quite sure if you're saying you just switched out the ECU so I'm going to the most common problem.

That's my next step on advice too. Disconnect the battery and unplug the ECU. Let it all sit for a bit then hook everything back up and again do the keydance.

was the transmission control module replaced with the transmission.

Does your car have factory keyless start, aka button start?

If it does, then the tcm, bcm, ecu, and immobilizer module have to match.
That's likely why it won't start with either ecu.

The likely issue is the tcm not matching.

Yes keyless entry. Car starts fine with stock ecu.
