Replacing Garbage Paddle Shifters

Hey guys, has anybody found a good replacement for the OEM paddle shifters? I've been loving this car performance, interior, and exterior wise since buying, but I am at my whit's end with the OEM paddle shifters. Particularly, the plastic not only feels cheap, but doesn't even work about 5% of the time. What seems to happen is that when I press the shifter sometimes, the plastic casing doesn't seem fully "together" and can split apart a little bit, causing a depression of the shifter to not bend at the base as much and not registering the shift. This can be fixed by manually pressing the casing back together, but it's really a shame they couldn't just spend the extra dollar to give us OEM aluminum shifters instead. This can lead to some rather "uncomfortable" maxed-out revs if I'm trying to keep the car in the 4k range, which seems to be the comfort sweet spot, for me anyway. Also, makes it a pain if I'm trying to gun the car, as I can't properly anticipate when a shift will actually successfully be made 100% of the time.
