docmarc1 I opened up the false vent in front and pulled out the oem washer fluid bucket, along with opened hood vents. Lotsa air now. No probs with tune it seems. No one is doing dyno tunes around northern illinois now sadly

Won't you need to have the computer adjusted to take advantage of the increased air intake so it's all not a waist of effort for the engine? I'm assuming you are or have taken it to a dyno tuner.
I do have a custom dyno tune 😉.....

Also adding one more thing then new dyno tune in about a month.

With this intake its more attacking IATs and better velocity than anything.. I've run both a sealed R2c Sri and the OEM intake on this tune.... This CAI is far better with IATs, really good so far. Will see what it does after the new tune 🙂

docmarc1 Installed Tros Boost 6 Drive. After reading conflicting reviews I decided to just try it and decide for myself. What I have found is that it frees up the Genny from that annoying hesitation that the OEM trans has. Now when you accelerate from a full stop you unleash the beast with no hiccups. More power? No. Faster smoother power..certainly. An easy install. The car is simply more fun to drive now.

I think I am going to install the canament fiberglass front end from gctunercom. Any one here bought this ?

superchode Slapped this on from 3point8Performance ..... Ceramic coated.....IATs and recovery from any soak have been excellent so far. Great kit!. Intake installed pretty straight forward and didn't take very long. (BTW whatever numnut designed the BK2 washer bottle is a clown)......

Opened the pass fog bezel to get a just a bit more air. That took a long time and patience lol........ But happy with the CAI kit that's for sure.

The install was a little tricky (minimizing and filling the gaps around the edges), but I'm happy with the results.

docmarc1 Got hit in my front quarter panel by a senile driver....
I would live to turn lemons to lemonade
Does anyone have a vendor who sells cool front grills that can install OVER the ugly oem bumper and create a nice clean grill look? Pictures? Names?

I've had my car for 5.5 years and haven't replaced the fob batteries yet. I keep my car key on a seat belt style clip on my belt so I think it helps not to have it in a pocket.

L8Braker Traveled home from a work trip and picked up a front vibration. Mild but noticeable. Got a same-day appointment at Discount Tire and had the tires dismounted, cross-rotated, and re-balanced. The General G-Max RS tire is not an asymmetrical thread, which makes this possible, and is one of the reasons I bought them.

Daytona track day in two weeks, and a vibration at those speeds could ruin a manís day.

Not normal to have constant issues, maybe where you store it causes buttons to be pressed. Key fob can be had for $60 online.
