2010 3.8 track long crank and slow start.

Hello everyone. I would appreciate some help here. I'm having a weird issue with my 3.8 track...it has a really long crank time and sputters as it starts but once it is started it runs perfectly fine. No misfires, no idle issues...just the issue with starting. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, air intake, and spark plugs. Not sure if it's a sensor or if I should continue replacing mechanical parts.
Here is a video for reference. Thank you in advance.

If you have to touch the gas pedal for it to start, I would guess either the FI are adding too much fuel on start or a leaky injector that floods a cylinder with too much gas when off.

How is a second start when cold or a hot start?

No I keep my foot off the gas and it starts like that. And second start is fine. No delay and cranks right up
OK. How about a cold start like it is, then shut off immediately. Wait a couple hours and try it again.

It's either a bad injector or bad ECU instructions. You didn't say what mods or tune or not.

If it still struggles the second time, I would be guessing leaky injector. Pulling them out cold and looking for one wet with gas would show you I think.

If you have someone to watch take the intake stuff off so you can see the throttle blade. And have them look to see if the throttle plate opens when you press the pedal. I don't know if it does or not when cranking.
