Is that time of the year and is not Christmas. The Xtreme Members and Staff were working and organizing this event underground and is finally finished. Is the All Florida Meet but this time we decided to do something different, we decided to drive the coast and head to South Florida to meet some of the SFL members and have some fun. That's why this time we called: AFM - The Cruise

We will meet in Orlando, drive on 528 heading East, head south taking Tropical Trail and A1A, US1 and finally I95 to reach Ft. Lauderdale where we are going to Eat, Play and have some fun. During the trip we may stop and take some Scenery Shoots with our cars which you know we love. So lets get this Meet Started, Lets Request Time From Work, School and plan ahead. We hope to See you there.

Departure from Orlando at 9:15am
Arrive Dave & Busters at 2:00pm (Estimated Time)

Where we Meet:
Between 8:30am and 9:00am
Walmart Super Center
5991 New Goldenrod, Orlando, FL

Notes:
This is a Car Driving Event and we will be sharing the road with other drivers. Obey all the Rules and Speed Limits. The A1A is a one lane road most of the time with few chances to pass other cars so don't rush (we are not racing). If you end up on an accident or stopped by a law enforcer caused by your negligence we won't stop. We will do 1 or 2 stop maximum to stretch an get fuel but everyone please pay attention to Address, Cars, Maps, so you don't get lost. Some of the route include Tolls, be sure to bring some cash with you unless you have E-Pass.

We understand man. You should come be all over our monthly meet. It's in Orlando and we definitely need to see some Gen Coupes over there

The thread with more information is also in the SE section. I just can't link it due to me being a noobie. I was the guy parking you/everyone at the AFM in November by the way.

Yea now I know who to blame for my cracked splitter.

As far as the monthly meet, one of these days I will make one but it is on the complete other side of town so if nothing else is going on I might make the drive.

In that case it wasn't me parking people it was someone else :rofl:
I'm sorry about that, we hadn't realized the potholes were that bad at first.

Bump. We need more Gen Coupes. Some of you SFL guys can cruise on up to the D&B and meet us there.

OK guys, is MAY, 20 days away from the first Cruise All Florida Meet. We need to start making the official list of people that are going, that already took the day off and will plan to show up. We won't add maybes or I don't know. We need to know how many people are going to cruise with us and how many people are going to meet us half way or wait for us at Dave & Buster. Reservations need to be made at Dave & Busters plus we need to know what to expect in relation with the amount of cars going.

If you need phone or a contact person you can email [email protected] and I will email you my cell number. For any other information about the route you can visit our site (2011 May 21 - AFM The Cruise) but so far, we will be leaving Orlando no later than 9:00am, take 528 to i95, i95 to 518, 518 to A1A in Melborne area, drive south on A1A until Fort Pierce if Possible, then back to i95 and arrive to D&B.

NOTE: Because of the long route and possible delays and traffic, is very important that all the drivers that are going to cruise with us have a way to communicate with any member of XE via Cell Phone or Walkie Talkie. Route can change depending on traffic, weather or time.

If you have questions you can also post it here, we are watching all the forums that we are inviting.

OK guys this is the last update. Here is the updated list I have for the AFM - The Cruise.

We need to know the following
1. How many drivers will join us from Orlando to SFL? If you are joining us at Walmart, Orlando please contact us so we dont leave you behind.
2. How many are meeting us half way? Also we need a way to contact the group
3. How many are going straight to Dave & Busters
4. If you are bringing a group of cars please give me at least the number of cars going

We need to know how many people will be assisting total so we can call Dave & Busters tomorrow or Thursday and let them know an estimate of how many people will be showing. For example if you are bringing 5 cars with you, please let us know even if you dont know there names, but I need and estimate. I cannot accept maybe's or possible. We announce this since January, people should know by now if they will be able to go or not.

If you need my phone number to get in touch with me and organize, please PM me at XECOFL or send an email to [email protected] if you want to give me your phone number that is fine, I will make a list and call. Please be part of a group so I can call only one person and organize with one person per party instead of having 20 cell numbers. Since we are contacting so many different forums will be easy for me that each forum organize a group.

Hope to see you guys there and thanks for the support. We will have some raffles for Gift Cards, Fliers from our Sponsor RockAuto. We will also try to have some photoshoot around the area, so anyone with Good cameras and Video are welcome.

Thank you all for participating on our All Florida Meet Event. We had a lot of fun and like always it was a success.
