if I let my car sit for an hour after I turn it off, when I try to start it again it cranks and turns over but it sounds like it struggles a little bit while turning over would any of you have an idea why?

Bad battery would be my first guess.

It cranks just fine so I don’t think it’s the battery and all the lights seem to work fine

Black smoke? Do you have to crank if much?

Nah no black smoke and it’s a push start it doesn’t crank much
