So I finally picked up my genesis. However the key fobs don't work. I can place them in the insert and start the car but the buttons don't work at all. Can't lock/unlock it. Does anyone know if I can program this myself ? Or any other tips that might help.

Yeah, I switched out the batteries.

You can't program them your self. No trunk or alarm?

Nothing. Does it have to be a dealer ? What other places do this?

Unless you live in a large city only dealers can program. Sounds like there are communication errors though. You need to get a scanner that can read B codes to check out the alarm and PB actions.
