I've got a 2013 2.0t base model. I live in arizona. Adding my location in cuz it's hotter than hell here. Anyways I was running my AC yesterday when leaving work. I believe it was about 106 degrees out on my way home. I turned the AC on and it was blowing fine. As soon as I got up to about 60 mph the AC stopped blowing as hard as it normally does. Then I slowed down to enter a round about it started blowing like normal then after I sped back up it stopped blowing as hard. I put it on the max option and its still doing the same crap just not as noticeable. The AC is still blowing super cold though. Do you guys have any ideas or advice on what I should be looking for? This is definitely something that will annoy the hell out of me if I don't figure out so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I wanna get it figured out before the ac possibly breaks and I'm stuck in the Arizona summer with no ac lol.

It may be that the AC slows down because you are deep into the throttle. Most cars I have had do the same thing, including my 2012 Track here in Las Vegas! I think they do that so the AC doesn't drag the power down too much. Not sure.

What fritz said, it sounds normal. Im in LV area as well. On some of my other cars the A/C compressor will shut down for a minute if it gets too hot or condenser pressure gets too high in this extreme heat, then work normally again. It also works normally in the morning and evening when temperatures drop back into the double digits. As long as its blowing cold i wouldn't let it bother you.
