I just fixed a differential seal leak and im getting the oil changed in the next few days. Is there any other things I should check up on or do to keep in good condition??
I want to drive it for a few years still, im not sure if a tranny flush was done yet. Is it too late for that now?

It's never too late! Flushing fluids out for fresh new goodness is always a benefit. Coolant, brake fluid, transmission for sure :)

No such thing, you could change the transmission oil everyday and it wouldn't cause any harm.

haha, the proper oil in the right measurements will never damage anything, ever. It's job is to lubricate and provide protection from heat. As long as the right procedure is followed for changing it, and nothing is over/under filled, nothing can go wrong! :)
