So let's start by saying that I have toyo tires,
Front - 245/40/18
Rear -265/40/18
Now, I installed BC racing coilovers (BR) on my 2014 Genesis 2.0t.
The problem i have is the front tires rub ever so slightly when turned full tilt.
The wheels have not been aligned as of yet (would that even help?)
Any other tips or tricks that would help to not rub (NOT SPACERS)?
Also, is good fitment no fender rubbing.

You have a couple options:

1. Roll your front fenders
2. Raise your car a half inch
3. Get a smaller tire size for the front

How low did you drop the car with the coilovers? mrGainZ options are right though. An alignment may help, but there is only so much that will change the fit and you may sacrifice tire longevity to make them fit.

After I installed my BC coilovers I went to a local shop and paid them $400-500 to spend time adjusting ride height and alignment to get everything right. Was well worth the time and money in my opinion. Adding some camber to our wheels helps them fit better. My initial setup was -2* camber on all 4 wheels, currently -1*. I believe overall dropped a little shy of 1inch. This shop had a pretty advanced alignment system and was able to adjust the coilovers while it was on the system and retest relatively quick.
I have 245/40/18 and 275/40/18 for comparison.
