Depends what your power goals are what are you looking to reach?
You can go anywhere between a tune fmic injectors tbe for around that area or go for a bigger turbo
Does that have to include the clutch and flywheel?
Elite evo 8/9 kit-$1400.00, evo turbo can be sourced around for cheap, evo x injectors sourced for cheap, dynojet cmd or whichever piggy back can be sourced for cheap, tune 3" exhaust everything stilll under $2,500.00 I priced mine out right under that and only waiting for the elite kit now everything should net me 300whpish spoke to a guy that has the evo 8/9 kit and he's putting down some decent numbers. As said previously from another member what are your power goals? Hope that this somewhat helped. Good luck
Br stage 1 minus the cai, the rest of the money use it for a clutch flywheel combo and you might be able to squeez a fmic with that budget. Youll be able to safely drive it hard and still be reliable
Daily Driver?
Short shifter and Steering Angle kit would be on my list

the evo kit will be more than his budget with dyno tune time and clutch and flywheel cause the clutch isnt gonna hold. I say save up a little more or go with a canned tune, TBE, injectors, i doubt youll have enough for a FMIC cause me and you have the same budget :D
AND I STILL DONT KNOW WTF TO GET:dunno:

Tune, cat-back, and coilovers would be a nice base to work off ;) Or possibly a FMIC as well depending on how you work the budget
Power axle tune from power axle: $650
The BR tune is meant to work with their exhuast, the PA is more open to other mods.

UR 2nd cat bypass pipe:$75
Ultimate-Racing.com

Clutch master clutch, reuse the stock flywheel: $550 + $350 install
Total of ~$1700 with shipping
The rest can go to a catback, a full downpipe, and possibly an 02 pipe.
Injectors an intercooler, and an 02 pipe all kind of need to go together in my opinion.

If you are going to use all BR exhuast, then go with their tune instead of PA.
You can get their catback and downpipe or off road downpipe in your budget as if you get it all from them they will probably take off $100 or something like that.

My br tune works well with my custom single exit exhaust.
i have in mind in getting a

Injen SES Catback with test pipe
Injen IC piping
BR stage 1 Tune

i wanted a Front mount intercooler kit but they told me without new injectors i would lean out the car!
Whatever Beyond Redline Stage $2500 will get you.

No! Without a tune you will lean out. Injectors are not required unless passing 245-250ish whp

so your saying with a cat-back exhaust, test pipe,CAI,FMIC,Br stage 1 tune wont lean my out? i do live in canada and its gets cold down here too!

Yeah he can save a little it also depends if he has a heavy foot, ill be on stock clutch for a little until I leave hawaii. But for $2,500.00 go with either br stg 2 or piece everything yourself.

Catback- $500.00 depending on brand
dp- $250.00 depending on brand
02 housing- $180.00 depending on brand
dynojet cmd- $250.00 tons are selling on here
Evo x injectors- sourced for cheap
Custom tune- $300- whatever price shops charge
Garrett fmic- $500.00
Injen intercooler pipes- $200.00 depending on where you buy it from
All still for under $2,500.00 and can make decent amount of power on the stock turbo =)
