It looks like some of it will buff out.
Wash it real good and use a wax stripping soap.
Clay bar the area to remove any embedded particles
Use a moderate polish and buff out what can buff out. Avoid buffing around the deep scratches.
Clean the area again
Fill scratches with touch up paint. Use multiple thin applications and attempt to fill and get as little as possible on the paint around the scratch.
Repeat in several coats and build the paint up until the touch up in the scratch is thicker that the surrounding paint (will take a good 5+ coats).
Sand the area with 2000 grit sand paper until smooth.
look for any scratches that remain, any depressions, re-apply to fill, and sand any high spots.

Polish with a fine cut polish until all sanding marks are gone, and it is smooth as glass.
Apply ONE coat of clear coat anywhere that you that you applied touch up paint.
