HOW DO YOU ADJUST THE clutch cylinder rod ?
You don't with the OE, no way to. There re other Hyundai models that do have the adjustable rod and you can easily replace the rod in your OE one with the adjustable one. Seem to me it was older Tucson.

EDIT not a Tucson an I35.

I would look for a used clutch cylinder with the adjustable rod on eBay instead of buying new. It's easy to swap the rod out. can get a used one and just swap the adjustable rod in what you have. As long as you can see a nut on the rod it's adjustable. Don't know why they left it off the Gen Coupe.
