So my backseat flooded after a few days of heavy rain collecting in the spare tire compartment. The water was draining from the outside, down the trunk, and through the tail lights into the car.

The backseat had an inch or two of standing water, likely causing the condensation on the windshield to run down into the electronics.

Are there any ways to troubleshoot the Bluetooth specifically?

that's the least of your worries... i think you're in the old situation of putting your dunked phone in a jar of rice and praying it dries out.
i'd open up everything you can and place fans to blow warm dry air thru the interior & dash.
maybe you'll get functionality back when it's dried.

Disconnect the battery

pop out the bottom of the rear seats

check/clean all the grounds in the area

Honestly I don't think they are related, but who knows.

Also, since you said it flood that much, I would check the rear fender well areas in the trunk. Might have some excess water there, that might cause major rusting in the future
