I have a 2012 2.0T and my BOV is always open. It appears as if the solenoid I believe it’s called that the BOV is connected to, has vacuum all the time causing the BOV to stay open. If I disconnect the BOV from the solenoid, it holds boost if I am light footed but if I push it , it opens again. I disconnected the solenoid from power and still get the vacuum. What should I look at replacing to get this going?

Would you be able to take a photo of it? I don’t wanna start pulling the wrong pipes. I greatly appreciate any help!

Big fat black hose as big and long as your thumb coming off the back and top of the throttle body. Pull it off the check valve and put in a tee.The hose size is 3/8 or so. You vacuum line will be smaller.

I’ll see if I can manage that and report back
