I have a 2.0t & my BOV doesnt wanna open, i bought a new one & it still wont open. I tried running the bov line to intake manifold & still wont open neither of bov’s. Idk what to do

check/replace the vacuum lines.
disconnect the connection for the bov solenoid and tap the connections "on the solenoid" (not the harness) with a 9v. it should click.


Also check the green/white check valve thats on top of the intake manifold. It should only allow are to travel 1 way.

I have all new lines & the solenoid is brand new as well.

There is a vacuum line that goes to the bottom of the intake manifold.
See if there is anything wrong with that line

Me thinks he might have something routed wrong,................Did you take a pic of connections before you made the change ?

(Anyone can make a mistake).
