Yes. The Brake Boost line has a check valve in it. Might get some oil out of the valve cover one if it's below the valve cover. So either above of hidden on the down below where it can drip.

I wouldn't run this ridiculous crack pipe intake. The benefit of connecting crank vent to the intake is that it draws vacuum on the crank case and relieves pressure. The brake booster also goes to a vacuum source in two places on the 3.8 so it can draw constant vacuum regardless of throttle position. While you can VTA the the CCV, it's better to draw vacuum. And the brake booster is just easier if you're not trying to DIY your own check valve setup.
