Clicking noise in rear passenger tire

first time posting here I hope I describe everything correctly, I have a 2012 Genesis coupe r spec.
For a while now I've been able to notice a clicking noise coming from my rear passenger tire, I have not been able to find out exactly what is causing it yet, but I do know that giving the car / letting off of the gas will cause the click. sometimes it's just one click sometimes it's a few smaller ones. I can only hear it if the windows down so it's not super loud but it definitely is noticeable. Speed doesn't make it go away, I could hear it from going from a dead stop to moving, and it is also there if I'm going down the road at a cruising speed and let off the gas or give it some gas. Has anyone else had this issue? Being that it doesn't involve breaks at all I did not think it could be a brake pad issue but I'm open to any suggestions at the moment.
i have this exact same issue been on going for years. When i go slow front and black it clicks on my reardriverside wheel Only happens going slow like taking off first gear. Im getting the rear axles replaced. Part was about 1200 from hyundai
