Hey All!
I'm back at it again, and this time hopefully with a positive outcome! As some of you may know I previously had the Tomei kit from BTR which didn't turn out so great; long story short is that I sold it and with the cash I'm building/piecing together a new setup!

The parts I will be using.

2013 2.0T motor (of course with my 2010 IM & accessories)
2013 2.0T 6spd transmission
2013 OEM Valeo DMF
2013 Valeo HD clutch
TurboXS vband top mount manifold
TurboXS vband o2 housing for top mount
TurboXS FMIC hot pipe for top mount
Precision 5862 .64 AR vband Turbo
Tial MV-R 44mm vband external wastegate
Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors
DW300 fuel pump
Haltech Double mapped tune for 91/E85

Sheepey Built turbo maifold
Sheepey Built o2 housing
2013' 2.0T Fuel sending unit (85psi)

My goal is 450whp/400wtq

I know some of you may think I'm crazy for using the 13' DMF however there has not been one reported broken 13' DMF And some of these 13's are running 375wtq on stock DMF/clutch so I'm certain it'll hold, plus I won't have nasty SMF chatter.

Currently I have the TurboXS o2 housing and TurboXS top mount manifold. I've purchased the 5862 already just currently waiting for it to arrive (torture). I picked up the mani/o2 housing for an EXCELLLLLLENT price so couldn't pass on the deal. It has black thermal heat coating as well.

Will not be touching the internals, they are strong enough to handle my power goals. A buddy of mine (KHARtunerz owner) is currently running the TurboXS GTX30 on his stock 13' motor making 466whp / 407wtq and not even a sign of knock or anything negative. He actually topped out due to his MAP sensor since he's using the 10-12 sensor. I plan on using the 13' sensor.

I wish I had this kind of time and money for two different turbo builds back to back...lol

Hard work and DEDICATION. Trust me, it's not easy saving or holding onto money. I am married with a wife so it's stressful but I still manage and she understands I love cars.

I sold the Tomei kit so that's how I funded most of this "new" setup.

lol that's what I do with everything. I bought a turbo kit years and years ago. I sold my 240 so I put the money into genesis. then I bought turbo kit. my wife sees it as I have extra money. I always explain to her that its not extra money. im selling my parts to transfer to something else. its like the circle of life. like the lion king lmao. so I never have to put much money into my next setup. I buy things that hold value pretty well lol. so she argues with me that we could use that money. I say hey. if it was still on my car it would be just sitting there anyway. I wouldn't have the money if it was still sitting there. she huffs and puffs but I just move my car money where ever I want. so I never using our regular money just transferred money. maybe you can relate.

Hahaha it's seriously so funny you say that because I can relate 100%. Mine does the same thing once in a while and I simply explain "just pretend I don't have this money because really I don't, it's money I got from selling my other parts that will fund the new parts so I'm not just spending money we could have used". LOL.

Decided to snap a few more pics of the manifold and o2 housing after I sprayed it down.



























Here are some pics of my 10-12 intake manifold that I had powder coated matte black. This IM has also been ported and polished









Here you can see the 2 inner runners have been pnp

What can the stock motor handle?? Just curious as i see so many guys swapping turbos. From a tib owner, the motor was pretty fragile in the 300+whp. Curious what a safe number is for the 2014 2.0T motor
