Did a lot of researching, but I still have a few questions.

My first question is, does anyone make a O2 sensor housing that can bolt up to ARK's downpipe?

When i get BR PA reflash is it possible or a smart idea to get these programmed.
1. stock
2. Parts i have now. (Intake,Exhaust,Bov,Block off plate)
3. Parts i will have later(Intercooler,Injectors,O2 sensor housing)

And finally when i do get all the parts installed, how would the car run with just the stock tune.:dunno:

Thanks for any input:hello:

if the arks dp is a direct bolton then pretty much any o2 delete will bolt up to it. as far as the BR reflash goes you should just go ahead and get it setup for the stuff you have now, and then when you get all the other mods put on send the module back to BR so they can reprogram it for the additional mods.
im not entirely sure how the reverting back to stock thing goes though lol
good luck and i know your going to enjoy the reflash, countless people already have :)
As far as all my research goes for BR's PA, it comes with a stock tune, a 91 octane tune, and a 93 octane tune. They program it specific for your mods, and when you add new mods, you can send it back to them, and they will adjust it (for a price).

For setting the tunes, its just a different sequence of buttons to flash any of the 3 tunes, but it comes with instructions telling you which buttons to push to reflash the ECU for the different tunes.

I believe you can actually view the instructions for using their PA module right from their website, as I believe I've read it several times before.

even though the ark dp is 2.5 and most o2 housing's are 3in?

yea i know it comes with the three tunes on it already. i guess my question is, would it be smart to get the two custom tunes, rather then doing one then sending it back later?
thanks

I couldn't see an issue with that, I'm not exactly sure how it works, because I'm pretty sure they just adjust the original PA settings. I can't be entirely sure, I would suggest messaging one of the guys at BR.
Talk to BR about the different sized exhausts. I know when I bought my full TBE from them, they included a little metal disc that you would put on near the gasket that would reduce the size of the exhaust a bit if you were bolting up to <3in pipes. See if they still have that part.
The moment you add injectors, you HAVE to run the required reflash or the car will run like crap and you may damage it...
Best bet, is buy all the mods as far as bolt ons you want.
Install them all at once (patience is a virtue), and get the BR reflash for that setup at the same time.
The difference in the car will be night and day.

I have the following mods in my signature. What would 550 cc injectors do for me? Would it increase performance? And when should I place them in someone said around 250whp does that sound right? Thanks for the help.
Would it kill my mpgs? Like average mpg 23 would it drop to like 18 or just 1 or 2. thanks
Do not install injectors without a proper tune ready for it, if by way of a reflash.
Honestly, mail order tunes calibrated for injectors are sh*t.
You need to look into something a little more programmable like an AEM F/IC if you're going the injector changing route.
Many guys have done mail order tunes with injector swaps and been ok... but teetering on catastrophe.

So all the people with BR stage 2-3 are on **** tunes and teetering on catastrophe? :fleshbox:

Thanks, now i changed my mind about getting those. Just want to keep it simple like bolt ons and reflash is good

I wouldn't listen to that advice... and I don't think a lot of other people on here would either. If you remove your cats and have an intake you are leaning out the car a ton, and with a retune the stock injectors will be running close to 100% duty cycle which is bad. You will have more top end power, be able to be tuned for more boost near redline, and have more options as you go forward with the car.
I would never trust something like my engine and my wallet to a canned tune.
The BR stage 3 is a different story. Thats a helluva package done by someone right.
It's just me personally, I'd rather watch my tune be done, and make sure every kink is taken to account for things like elevation, humidity, and any other unpredicatble occurences from no 2 cars being alike ;)

Who else besides beyond redline really offers canned tunes though other than the off the shelf PA tunes from PA themselves? If you buy a CMD and put a canned tune without tweaking, thats just stupid because thats the whole point of the CMD that you can tune yourself!

^^I knew it...:ugh:
Disclaimer.
My opinions are mine and mine alone. Don't listen to them, because everyone sweats BR/PA/SFR's nuts here.

Aww c'mon man, don't be like that..:fleshbox:
What do you guys think about a grimmspeed solenoid? Should I get that and a WG hold 19 psi and bov. Would that work well with BR pa flash and I/E ?
