Do i need that muffler bar??

Do i really need that muffler bar in the middle?
Caz its making noise, so before, i took that bar out ,put thick washer instead of stock washer. For few days it was okay, but the noise is back again!!
Felt like something is loose, not sure..

I took mine off because my exhaust would rattle against it when I would do a rolling start while easing off the clutch and not giving it gas, or any other times there were lots of vibrations.

No need for it really. I think the concensus was that it was used during manufacturing to brace the exhaust. It's too flimsy to be of any structural use.

I took it off when I installed my 3" turbo back
