My e-brake light randomly turned on while I was driving, I don't usually rip it unless its winter and even then I only pull up as much as I need to, to get the wheels to lock up.

I turned the car off and on and it went away for a couple minutes, then I came back on and is now staying like that. Its been on for probably a month now, I can assure you its down all the way.

Same thing happened to my ESC and TC lights and they've been on for a year now, I didn't bother getting them checked out becuase I always shut ESC off but Im hoping to have ABS for when winter this year. I'm going to a buddy this week to see if he can pull up some codes, hopefully it's just a loose sensor or something but the E brake light is the one I'm really confused about.

No, the hand brake doesn't use brake fluid. It's cable operated.... Unless a hydraulic hand brake kit was installed.
It all stock as far as I know. And my brake fluids are all up to par.
