Only mod is an hks bov mounted in stock bov location and a hater pipe exhaust. Still have both cats and o2 sensor.
Car won’t drive over 3k rpms 1-5 gear. Really tight almost clicky shifts from 1st to 2nd. Then all my downshifting has to be done at 3k.

Sounds like the car may be in limp? My 2010 r-spec would go into limp mode due to a low voltage issue. Unsure if this is your problem but if you unplug battery for a bit and re-connect see what that does perhaps. If the car continues to act like that there's def an electrical issue that needs addressing

Limp mode is 1500 pm max and very little throttle response. Usually cleared with a key cycle unless the problem persist.

So we did an ob2 scan and it’s reading that my crankshaft position sensor A is bad, so I have that on order. We will see.
