IMO, the best sounding exhausts are Solo or Ark. I personally have a solo catback with test pipes on my 13 3.8. It depends on what kind of sound you're looking for.

Mine has a good deeper tone and pops during deceleration. It's loud when on the throttle. If you want it really loud, test pipes and headers will do it for you. I'm not a huge fan of how headers sound on this car though.

I bought the cheapest test pipes I could find because I heard they are all the same (its just a small pipe). I got dep racing test pipes for like $130. I got the solo exhaust catback for around $900. The Ark ones are pretty expensive($1600). The cheapest one are the CNT which are like $400 but those have fitment issues and need to be modified to install. There's a lot of different brands as well like Borla, ISR, Magnaflow, Injen.

I love my setup! It randomly pops a lot and I love it. I'm not a fan of the Korean popcorn where it constantly pops. This is a more natural pop sound vs a programmed pop sound. I ran into a few issues with installation due to the bolts but fitment turned out great.

Just straight pipe it.

Test pipes, and have a local shop to a custom catback. It would probably be cheaper than ordering a cat-back online. And might be a little bit loud...

It would be better if you mentioned the budget limit.
Regarding test pipes, if we are talking about 3.8 then I would recommend OBX or Megan resonated test pipes. They make car sound louder while adding deepness at the same time.
They are around $170-180 for pair. They
Regarding headers, any brand header will make your car louder, since you're removing your primary cats.
But make sure to heat wrap them as they help with a rasp.
The catback choice depends on what sound would you like to hear, but anyhow, it should be real dual catback with the X pipe in the middle. Ark Grip, Injen and JunBL (Korea) are the best sounding exhausts IMO.
