Forge BOV spring Question

Just put on forge bov and sri. Also have BR PA 93 octane tune. Before the bov and sri my car would hit boost real fast even when not trying to. It would lunge at like 2500 at very low throttle input. Now after the BOF and SRI the car doesn't lunge at all, but it sounds like I may have a leak. At about half throttle there is a constant woosh sound, if I go more than 50% to full throttle the woosh goes away and all I hear is the turbo spool. In both instances I get the Blow Off sound when I let of throttle or shift. I have put in the green spring and yellow spring with no change. Am I using a wrong spring and leaking boost (sound and no hard lunge) or is the sound normal and my SRI is causing a smoother induction therefor no lunging..??

You need a boost gauge...........
You need a boost gauge...........
X2. Boost gauge is a must for anyone modifying a turbocharged car. You don't necesarrily have to leave it in all the time, but you have to be able to check your boost levels somehow.

I've got the Forge BOV and use the yellow spring with BRs stage 3 tune, no issues for me. I was using the 5-18psi (green?) spring with one spacer for a while too, figured the 19-23psi spring was a better fit, never had issue with the other spring either. It shipped with the 25-30psi spring in it and I was having issues with that one.

What issues were you having? What should I be looking for? What problems would I notice if I was using a spring that was too stiff and also one that was too week?
UPDATE. I have tried the weakest spring, the middle spring, and the strongest spring (with the 2 spacers) and still have the same problem. Also, the blue spring is the strongest, but it is noticeably shorter than the yellow (middle) spring. With the yellow spring and 2 spacers I get my best results. Im really lost here.... I figured with the strongest spring and 2 spacers there is NO way I should have been able to blow off... How is this happening?
Ah... Sorry to resurrect an old thread. But, OP did you ever find out the problem?
