I certainly want to get a flash, but I drive a 3.8 and I want a module so that I can change back to stock anytime I need to. So at this point, whichever company comes up with the solution....I'll go with them
Ummm.... none. I dont think any company is even planning a 3.8 module. So at this point, whichever company comes up with the solution....I'll go with them
I believe u owe me an PM on the grillsThis has been discussed many times but 3.8 has a totally different ECU manufacture and kind compared to the ones in 2.0T.
3.8 V6 comes with totally different versions on ECUs that will only work for each cars and equipped with immobilizer that it's impossible to come up with any modules.
Also, there is no need to turn it back to stock at any reasons when we are giving you the orginal data modifieed showing all orginal calibration # on ECU, Vin number, etc.

I have to agree with Shamrock.. with both of his commentsMy concern for going back to stock is for when I take car to dealership. 1. Make sure they dont know the ECU was tampered with. 2. In case they make an update to ECU and wipe away something I paid money for
This has been also discussed many times lol Welcome to July, 2010.O.K...Fair enough..So what is the cost for a Flash for a 3.8?
I did find it amusing that on my first question you were fairly thorough to explain how it can't be discovered, but then came the quick disclaimer that there is no gaurantee from SFR for Warranty situations.
At least If I knew the cost, I could decide if I want to risk it...especially on point two of it being wiped.
