Hello everyone,
so I’ve been having trouble with my genesis coupe. First it was the time chain. So I fixed it but it got worse. Apparently the mechanics put the wrong one and messed up the a few things on it. Then I fixed that. I’ve been having missed fires on cylinders 3 and 5. We thought it was some sensors or some gaskets then changed something else. I also noticed that the oil had some metal shavings. And heard a light taping on the cylinder that are miss firing. honestly don’t know what I’m going to do with it. I tried to fix it but nothing changed. I haven’t had the car for long and it’s a car that I always wanted. At the moment it’s working okay but there’s still the misfires.Should I sell it and give up on it. Or swap it for a LS. Or just get a new motor??
