Hello.
Some months ago I purchased a Luxon grill for my Gen coupe. When it arrived it was found to be faulty and was returned.

However, due to supply issues a new grill was not available and so I decided to ask for my money back. I messaged Jayas to my decision to take a refund but I have not heard anything back.

I need someone to get this refund back to me, it has been far to long.

When did you send it back? They cannot refund untill they get the product back. Did you get tracking on it? PM Jay on here, he ussually reponds within a day.

Jay is traveling to China, IIRC. He may be a bit slow in response until he's back.

The whole process began at the end of Aug, and the transaction info was sent a few weeks ago.

I resent the PM with the transaction info to Jay and he took prompt action, it's done. (At last)
