I'll take it. Give me time to get home from work. I can't access paypal here.

If they plan on selling staged kits or even just the Evo X tune, it's best to base it off the OEM solenoid so people don't have to invest in the GS unit to use the tune(s), IMHO. From what I've seen between my OEM and GS unit, it's a hardly noticeable difference between the two.Sold to RSpec, part will ship out ASAP, thank you for the rapid response!
Taking the EBCS off at the request of my tuner, he wants to use a stock solenoid. Not sure exactly why but he just did. :|
So if I plan on going with the Poweraxel flash and the synapes BOV the GS EBCS would still benefit me over using the OEM one right? If they plan on selling staged kits or even just the Evo X tune, it's best to base it off the OEM solenoid so people don't have to invest in the GS unit to use the tune(s), IMHO. yes, it would be better from what I have researched. They say its like open and close action for the wastegate. Not partially open or closed from the OEM one. search it there's plenty on the subjectSo if I plan on going with the Poweraxel flash and the synapes BOV the GS EBCS would still benefit me over using the OEM one right?
Sounds good.. I appreciate the update!yes that is correct.
MIKE - pulled it off the car, will be shipping no later than monday.
Yes its better. not really open/close. ECU pulses the signal (PWM, or duty cycles) to partially open/close it to how much it wants it opened.yes, it would be better from what I have researched. O ok thanks for the clarification on that.Yes its better. not really open/close. ECU pulses the signal (PWM, or duty cycles) to partially open/close it to how much it wants it opened.
IMO a must if you are adjusting boost by means of BCS. The OEM one doesn't like having too many duty cycles going too long.
I think you mean me lol. There were a few others that "killed" their BCS too.Yeah I'm a little confused why the tuner working on my car wanted it off, but then again I've only seen one guy who thought he killed his OEM solenoid. not sure if he really did but he replaced it I think.
I stuck this on a stock car with no flash and uh... believe it or not the Seimens ECU actually throws a specific code for wastegate solenoid over-actuation, LoL...
