intake pricing question

alot of times your just paying for the name..

what type of intake do you have on yours steve?

well to be honest, my favorite design was the AEM cai..

thanks, i just saw the video of the wot box..what does that do? it looks like you were power shifting when u pulled off..

btw, car looks awesome..im still debating over what model (base or r-spec) and then the color after that...

so your shopping for an intake but dont have the car yet?

The wotbox enables me to WOT shift and also has an added 2 step launch control feature. Its a great product.. Dont let my opinion on an intake sway your decision though.. do some research.. there are a lot of nice intake systems on the market..

CPE has a great design.. the new K&N looks promising (dont think its been released yet) G&M makes a nice SRI, just to name a few..

yea im actually doing some research on the car before i get it, im trying to get to know about the things i can and cant do. dont wanna spend 20g's on a car that i wont be happy with...feel me?

Aem is nice, btw. I have a good price on those intakes too.

completely understand.. there are faster cars in the same price range, but wheres the fun in buying a car that is already fast? anyone can do that.. ha

thanks tom, i dont know about AEM, for some reason the brand doesnt appeal to me...i currently have a sentra spec-v with an injen intake..

sounds extra aggressive, i wonder if anyone has sound clips of their intake..

lol yea i like to think of those as "cheat" cars..but when i saw and test drove the GC, boyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy i fell in love!! :shock:

injen does offer a CAI that is very similar in design to the AEM intake.. i just didnt like the design of the washer tank supplied with the injen system..

oo ok, well i guess i can read into the AEM, besides i have like 4 months until i get the car..

would've had it already but im about 2g's in debt, just trying to clear that up before i jump into a new car..

look into both and get whatever one you like better
