I'm looking for lowering springs for my Genny but I don't know exactly what to go for. I'm looking for a moderate drop, 1.2 to 1.4 inches. My priority is comfort over sporty handling as I don't track my car and 90% of the time I'm just cruising. I also want something that's well made. I've looked at brands like Eibach with the Pro Kit, Tein, Megan Racing, H&R, M&S, Godspeed... Any guidance on what I should go for?

I'm not planning to change the struts, just the springs for now.

And yea Teins seem to be quite popular and not too expensive.

The Pro Kit from Eibach works well, compared to stock moderate drop. For me the ride was slightly harder so you'll lose some comfort. I ended up switching to those Bilstein B8 (SP) Struts Ivdukerider mentioned, but that was years after when I started HPDEs.
How come you decided to switch to the Bilsteins?

Lowering springs are great I have the discontinued progress lowering springs they lowered the car about 1.25". Springs get a bad rap because unfortunately people who buy them handicap them and install them on stock shocks and struts and then bad mouth them for poor ride quality then switch to coilovers. I get it I was there on the budget build and couldn't afford coilovers or springs with shocks and struts so yes I just bought springs. When the stock shocks and struts failed I then bought the bilstein b8 shocks and struts and they transformed the ride quality tremendously. The car took the bumps in the road better because it had a set of shocks and struts that were designed for a lowering spring had better valving than the stock units.
