uhh I live on Guelph Line and literally a second from the highway and this is not even the least bit familliar... too much trees... Theres no trees around this area. You sure this was in this area?

No trees? That area is a complete forest, rattle snake point/ glen eden? Sure there are a few fields lol I grew up in the area and drive it everyday. It happened 1km from exit 312 which is Guelph Line, or for more of a land mark for other people, Mohawk raceway and casino.

Actually I believe a woman died when she got out of her to car to inspect damage she was hit by another car. Same thing almost happen to one of the first cops on scene, but she was just missed.

Thats why you're supposed to remain in your car in this situation. Theory being that you're atleast protected by 3000lbs of metal instead of nothing.

Scary stuff indeed. That stretch of highway is bad regardless of the road conditions.

That was actually a separate incident in Barrie.
