IMHO, I would run 19x8.5 +17 or 19x9.5 +22 in the front, both with a 245/35/19 tire. In the rear, run as wide a rim as you can get. i.e 19x10.5 +22 or 19x10 +20 and slap a 285/35/19 on there. If you like a bit of stretch, you can put a 275/35/19 on the back. For the front, the 245 on 8.5 wide rim will be perfectly matched, absolutely no stretch, but running the 245 on a 9.5 wide rim will get you a slight stretch.

hopefully that gives you enough to think about :)

thanks man! great advice. i'm just undecided with the width of the rims basically. with tires i'll always go with 235 for 8.5 245 for 9, 255 for 9.5, 265 for 10 and 275 for 10.5. it's just my thing. i don't know why. i like the little stretched but has a wall thingy.

but most likely i'll start looking for 8.5 in front and 9.5 in the rear or 9.5 all around if i decide to go non-staggered.

btw, i can't stop staring at your profile pic!!!:dunno: darn it! haha!

for 19 x 8/9.5 with 20mm offsets, what size tires do you guys think would work best?

What would the difference in flush-ness be between the front and rear, if any?

I would 100% stick with a staggered setup imo. sure the tire size is what ultimately matters, but why have extra weight up front by using a bigger wheel size than is necessary for the tire you want to run. 255 tires up front might be too big btw, idk if anyone is running such big tires up front... i think you would rub.

and yes, avatar is there for a reason ;)

there are some tire/wheel calculators out there that you can use to determine the difference in flush-ness between different combinations: www.bigcustomwheels.com

as far as tire sizes, i would run 225 or 235/40/19 up front and 265 or 275/35/19 in the rear. though there is also plenty of talk in this thread bout this.

Would these rims fit on stock suspension/ ride height

They are Gram Lights 57Pro

Specs:

18x9.5 +17
18X10 +22

Tires:

225/40/18
265/35/18

Nankang NS-II

I'm pretty sure the rears fit but not sure if the fronts will.

So I got an email from Ryan at Forged Performance today saying
I called Volk and their suggested size for this is going to be a 19x8.5 +35 front and a 19x9.5 +35 rear. Please confirm that this is alright with you.
I had to call him and assure him that I wanted the black VR G2's in 19x9.5 +22 front and 19x10.5 +22 rear. Now its a waiting game. Hey Slider what lugs are you going with?

hahaha! 90% i'm going for staggered. i have 3 wheel choices for now. my car still ain't here so i have time to think still. i think slyd runs 255 in front if i'm not mistaken. thanks again split!

so i've been trying to figure this offset stuff out & its still beyond me.
this is what i'm thinking of:
Forgestar F-05
F: 19x8.5 245/35
R: 19x10 275/35

not wanting the stretch look but am wanting to be flush. forgestar only has a +32 to +47 for 19x8.5 & +20 to +44 for 19x10. i've seen recommendations for other types of wheels for 19x8.5 +17 & 19x10 +22 but since these were for one piece wheels. so what would be the best fitment for the forgestars? and is the difference in offsets due to the forgestars having a dish?

You'll be good with +17 and +22, but since the fronts don't come in that offset, try the F14's.
