Oil leak help

I went to Hyundai to get a diag on an oil leak and we are not happy at all with how that went. They did not degrease the car, rather they quoted us $10,000 worth of repairs because if anything on the engine had oil on it, then it was a leak. So we got quoted for the turbo, head gasket, valve cover gasket, timing gasket, etc. Anyways ignore that...

I have an oil leak that is ending up running down the oil filter and then onto the ground. I am 90% sure that it is not the oil filter housing, but wherever it is leaking from...oil is all over the bottom of the car and it is fresh oil too, nice and golden and now black from touching all the grime from under the car. If anyone has any ideas please let me know, I do not have that amount of money to keep this car running.

The dealer is trying to rip you off. I would start by thoroughly cleaning the engine so that you can see where the leak is really coming from. My first guess would be the valve cover gasket. That is an easy DIY. Since it is dripping down the oil filter housing that pretty much eliminates the turbo as it is in the back of the engine. Could be an oil line too. Again, with a clean engine it should be much easier to pin-point the location.

I had a small leak on my turbo return line. All I did was reseat the spring clip and it never leaked again. The fix could be that simple once properly identified. Degrease the engine and be patient when looking. I am hoping it is something small and easy and NOT a ridiculous $10k!!

I took it to another shop, they quoted me blown turbo and nothing else. They said that when they revved it oil sprayed out of my bypass valve spacer, indicating that the seals inside my turbo are blown, and there is oil all in my intake. So they're saying that when it sprays out it's just pooling and then dripping down. Part of me feels like there's definitely something else, cuz I doubt that that much oil would be coming down for that, but then again it's really hard to get pictures and videos in in these forums so that's what sucks cuz I can't really ask you guys for help
It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and then it should be easy to see where the oil is coming from.

Diesel fuel and Dawn dish soap makes a a good degreaser.

I've been also told that just going through a car wash and getting an underbody flush will work. The shop I went to found out it is a blown turbo, I feel like there is something else but he said the only place after 2 hours he could find oil coming out of, was it spraying out of my diverter valve spacer. I'm having Tim Herber rebuild my turbo and while that's being done I'm replacing all oil and coolant lines because I might as well. Any tips for getting the entire housing off or getting just the cartridge out? He said either would work fine for him as long as either are not too far gone.
The cartridge is easy to take out. It has a band clamp. 10mm IIRC nut to loosen.

The housing you will probably break or strip the studs nuts.

What does IIRC mean
IIRC - If I recall correctly.
