In proper forum fashion I had a look around and searched for this, but I figured it might be nice to have an official "Post your Deals" thread for people paying Canadian prices.

I don't know about you but looking through the other thread trying to find a Canadian price to compare with was, well, annoying at least. Plus there's such a big difference, I figure it will help people buying in Canada to know what other people are paying in their area. I'll go first :)

Price -

$28,833 CAD before fees/tax;
$31536.49 sale price after trade in if I hadn't bought a protection package (Rust/Paint/Fabric + 20free synthetic oil changes) bringing my grand total to

--
$33654.11 CAD

APR - 0.9% over 5 years
Colour - Black
Engine - 2.0T
Trim - GT
Transmission - 6SPD manual
Trade In - 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GT ($2700)
Dealership - Bank Street Hyundai
Salesperson - John Nichols

Overall Impression - According to car cost canada, that's wholesale price. I figure they made their money off my lower trade in value, but I got them up a little before we said done. Very satisfied although I haven't looked through all the other deals, and with the dollar where it is I might have had an even better deal going to the states. Works out to $575 a month, and only $777 in interest over 5 years.

Hey! that`s my dealership! `cept I bought through Dan.

That`s pretty much exactly what I paid, too, but for Premium. :( Admittedly, a year ago, six weeks after the cars became available. I regret nothing. ;)

If you see a Mirabeau Blue around, with tinted windows, and no brembo`s, there`s every good chance that`s me.

Thanks for posting this. I'm currently looking to get a 2.0T Premium Auto and I agree, it's difficult to find Canadian info on pricing. I've been trying to find the wholesale price (without paying $40) but this is really helpful too.

Did you negotiate your price before getting your trade-in evaluated? I've heard that's the thing to do.

Pretty badass but considering it is canada, this is probably the only deal you are gonna get.
interest could be lower if you go further.

I got my 2.0T GT for MSRP-400$, I haggled and got Tints/spoiler/2 year extra on warranty at no additional cost. I had my previous car's windshield replaced by them (Hyundai) at no cost either.

They gave me ~400$ off the Winter Wheels/Tire set (Staggered 18"s with Yoko IG20's).

So ~34250$ before taxes, with all accessories, winter set and delivery/federal fees, etc.

Couldn't get more out of them, they had other dealerships asking for the car if I didn't take it, since it was the last 2.0T GT in NordGrey to get in before we got snow (Got it on October 9th 2009).

I think the total for my car was around 36750...ish. I bought a 2.0T Prem Auto. After the trade in and what not, it ended up to be either a bit under 30k, or a bit over...can't remember.

I bought mine from Bank Street Hyundai. Salesperson's name was Eli?
