I could use a little help! I just bought a 2013 hyundai genesis coupe 2.0t, when we bought it the power steering didn’t work under 2500rpms. We have done a fluid change… twice now and have replaced the power steering pump. The first time we replaced the pump fluid was spraying everywhere but it was a Re manufactured pump so we got it replaced under warranty. Now that there is a new pump in it, the power steering still doesn’t work. The previous owner told us he hydroplaned into a curb, so now we are thinking its the rack and pinion. Any suggestions?

The hard return and cooler lines are soft aluminum and maybe are kinked. For the most part they are all low pressure too so they can be replaced with just hose and clamps. The loop in front of the radiator is the cooler.
