Hello all (respectfully the 3.8 owners) :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:


The well-anticipated PA Headers + Reflash are now out to the public!!!

The headers have an outlet diameter of 2.5 inches, 304 SUS stainless steel.

It is designed to fit with factory exhaust pipes (modifications may be required for some aftermarket exhaust parts) included with necessary nuts & bolts and gaskets.

Our headers retain all four O2 sensors and deletes the primary cats - NO CEL (Check Engine Light). tube with high-quality welding job.



***Before we report the results, I believe it is important to understand that the data collected on the dyno is only relevant when trying to establish a baseline, decrease or increase of HP on a particular vehicle that is consistently tested on the same dyno. This explains why dyno numbers vary significantly from one pull to another on different dynos in different locations.

There are also numerous types of dyno equipment used -- notably the three:


  • Dynopack: largely used by tuners, which produces higher numbers, but leave the wheels out of the equation.

  • Dynojet: which generally produced the numbers that most enthusiasts like to compare.

  • Mustang: which in my opinion generally produces the smallest reads of HP, but is thought to show the most ‘real world’ reads.
To add, the altitude, ambient temp, humidity, shop fans, dyno calibration, and fuel octane will also create a variance of HP reported on dyno pulls. Consumers may experience different -- if not, more power than our tested output. We had to stop our dyno runs with the vehicle owner's request since it was getting very late, the clutch started to slip and the engine bay temp. was skyrocketing :mad2:


Now enough of my talk and here are the numbers!


Note: Baseline was on a stock tune with a CAI by Injen and a custom-made exhaust.



These headers give some real nice HP and TQ in the upper RPMs, and with the rev limiter raised with the PA reflash, it allows you to hold out these numbers for a longer period of time -- also added benefit of quicker throttle response!

Looks very promising, may have to ditch the cp-e LTH and sfr reflash for this set-up. :D

how much is the shipping cost total reflash 3.8 from canada? T6T 1P1
Do you have dyno result for 3.8 reflash? no header?

I am extremely interested in this!

So... do you have any issues with "rasp" from the headers? It didn't sound like it! :D

EDIT: Sorry if I missed it, but is everything in stock?

It still pulls pretty well all the way to past 7.2k rpm... impressive

wow, very nice posted equal numbers to the CP-E headers at a lower price, AND they don't sound as raspy as CP-E.

2. Secondary cats are still installed, that = no rasp/rattle.
3. What's the ECU price for someone who has the LTHs? Since you should have the data from the DSport tune?

Shipping costs depend on how fast you want it. Express to Canada will be $45.

It may be biased coming from me, but didn't notice any rasp on the 3.8 we tested.

Also, what do you mean by "everything in stock"?
