FYI, if anyone cares, it started working like normal about 4-5 days ago, weird, works totally fine now.

So a recap, disconnected the battery, driver's door button stops working, 2 weeks later it startes working again.

this happened to me the other day, the button on the drivers door didnt work, what it appeared to be is my key fob remote has died, so now im using my spare fob and the door button works fine, if you have a remote fob, it maybe dying, when i go in for the stop lamp switch replacement, im going to get another fob (maybe the dealer replaces the battery?)
