Trying to take the power steering bracket off/loose to get to the last bolt on the turbo manifold. Can't seem to find or get to the tensioner to get the serpentine belt. Does anyone know how to loosen the tensioner or where it is.

Ok that's what I thought it was but I can't get to it because the belt is in front of the bolt.

So if that bolt I removed was the tensioner nothing happened when I removed the bolt in that picture. No tension was relieved on the belt? I also really appreciate that picture.

You don't take the bolt off. Put it back. Look at my breaker bar, all you do is turn it to the right until the tensioner has enough slack that you can just slide the belt off, same procedure to put it back.

To be honest, I'm not sure you should be doing your turbo manifold if you can't figure out the belt.
