I was wondering if there was any affects from putting an SFR 1.5 tune for a 2013 2.0t designed for an Automatic would be okay for Manual of the same model. I saw a used one I was thinking of getting until I have the money to get it dump tuned and wanted to make sure it wasn’t gonna mess anything by up. If anyone knows anything let me know.

Depends. If EITHER one of the cars are keyless start or from Canada, then it will not work... they are equipped from the factory with immobilizers.

Even if there is no immobilizer involved in this scenario, who knows if it will work.

I sent my my sfr ecu in to get popcorn removed. I received a completely different ecu that was defective and the car won't start, when it does it won't idle and then shuts off.
And their customer service is embarrassing
